What we collect — and why

• Account: your email, display name, country and preferred language — to run your account and print your certificates.
• Learning records: lesson progress, quiz and exam results — so your progress is never lost and certificates can be verified.
• Payments: a payment confirmation reference from our payment provider. We never see or store your card number — the provider handles it.
• Support messages: what you send us, so we can help you.

What we never do

• We never sell your data. Ever.
• We never use third-party AI services on your personal data — the academy's own systems process it in-house.
• We never add trackers beyond what the site needs to function.

How we protect it

Student records are backed up every hour, with copies in four separate places, and a restore drill every month. Access inside our team is role-based and limited to what each role needs. Verification of a certificate shows only the minimum facts (name, course, score, date) and only for the exact certificate ID entered.

Your rights

• Ask us what we hold about you — we will show you.
• Ask us to correct it — we will fix it.
• Ask us to delete your account and records — we will, except the minimum certificate-verification record needed to keep issued certificates honest; we will tell you exactly what remains and why.
