Terms of Use

1. Who we are
VIDUGAKU is an online academy operated from Sri Lanka. We issue
certificates of completion for our own courses. We are not a university in the legal sense and we do
not award degrees or diplomas. Our professors are openly AI teachers, designed and supervised by our founding team.
2. Accounts
- One account per person; keep your password private.
- Give true information when you register — certificates are printed in the name on your account.
- Team and admin access is granted by us only, and only to our operating team.
3. Courses, exams and certificates
- Lessons unlock in order; your progress is recorded on your account.
- Final exams draw questions at random from a bank; the pass mark is 70%.
- A certificate is issued only after a genuine pass. Certificates obtained by cheating may be revoked; a revoked certificate no longer verifies.
- Course videos and materials are for your personal learning only — do not resell or redistribute them.
4. Payments and refunds — our promise
People pay us because they trust us, so: if we cannot deliver a course you paid for, we refund you — you will
never have to chase us for it. The price you see is the price you pay; gateway fees are included, never added at
checkout. Card payments are processed by our payment provider; your card number never touches our site.
5. Fair use
- No sharing accounts, no scraping, no attempting to bypass exam or payment systems.
- No abusive behaviour toward other students or our support team.
- Breaking these rules can suspend an account; paid-course money questions are always settled under section 4.
6. Changes
We may improve courses and these terms over time. Material changes will be announced on the site before they apply to existing students.
7. Contact
Student support runs through the support channel shown on the site (WhatsApp) once enrolment opens.
